Project info:

The expanded commercial building was transferred on time to SMC Schäfer Messe Consulting on August 13, 2004.

During on-going business operations, the entire floor space was doubled and the existing building of the first building segment was expanded with additional office space.

More than 3,500 cubic meters of gravel and 60 tons of steel as well as 3.0 kilometers of floor heating were installed. All are core components of this extraordinary expansion plan.
