New building complex for TopTech Wirtz

Wachtberg company builds in Grafschaft-Ringen – symbolic groundbreaking for office space, technical school, testing laboratory, and application center for water-based paint systems

Grafschaft-Ringen. The company TTW TopTech Wirtz will already occupy its new building in Grafschaft-Ringen early next year. The symbolic initial groundbreaking for the office building with hall took place today on a 4,000-square meter parcel in Innovationspark Ringen. Althoff Industrie- und Verwaltungsbau GmbH, based in Meschede, is responsible for planning and implementing the project.

Founded by Dr. Rainer Wirtz in 1996, TTW is a technical service company with a concentration on consulting for the European automotive and automotive supplier industries. The core competencies of TopTech Wirtz include process optimization of paint shops, facilities planning and modification, paint product optimization, training for painters as well as color and surface design.

There are currently 27 employees – primarily engineers and technicians – working for clients throughout Germany and Europe. Eight additional positions will be created at the new location. Two apprentices will also be employed within the next year.

In addition to administrative offices – a technical school, physical-chemical testing laboratory, and an application center for eco-friendly water-based paint systems will be constructed on the nearly 1,300 square meters of floor space provided by the new building complex at Innovationspark Ringen.
