Initial groundbreaking for Josera Nieruchomosci Sp. z.o.o.

Initial groundbreaking for construction of a new production hall for the company Josera, which is based in Kleinheubach near Aschaffenburg, took place on July 5.

A modern building complex is being built on a property in Nowy Tomysl with a total area of nearly 150,000 square meters that will provide the company with 7,600 square meters of floor space. The area is divided into a production hall with mixing tower and an office building. The new facility will already be ready to occupy in early 2008.

In addition to representatives from Josera Deutschland and Josera Nieruchomosci Sp. z.o.o., the mayor of Nowy Tomysl, Henryk Hellwing as well as numerous representatives from agriculture and the local media also took part in the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony.
