Groundbreaking for agricultural center in Ensheim

The initial groundbreaking for the construction of an Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main eG agricultural center in direct proximity to the on the road from Ensheim to Bornheim.

The new centralized warehouse should be ready to occupy by the end of June, so that farmers can deliver their grain here during summer harvest. On a total of 40,000-square meters, RWZ is building a grain warehouse with a capacity of 12,000 tons, a fertilizer warehouse with a volume of 4,500 tons as well as a fertilizer mixing facility.

A market for expert winegrowing and wine cellar equipment will also be built on the grounds, where RWZ will provide a full range of goods and products.
