FLAMMAEROTEC GmbH & Co. KG facility opening

Today the official opening of the new FLAMM GmbH & Co. KG production facility took place at the industrial park in Schwerin.

 

Serial parts and components for the entire Airbus family – including the new A380, the largest passenger aircraft in the world – are manufactured at this new modern production facility.

 

Prominent guests included the governor Dr. Harald Ringstorff and minister of economics Dr. Otto Ebnet from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, chairman of the management board of Airbus Deutschland GmbH Gerhard Puttfarcken as well as mayor of Schwerin Norbert Claussen.

 

On the occasion of today's official opening, chairman of the Flamm AG board Frieder Flamm thanked "all present from the government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, all construction participants, municipal authorities, and especially all new employees."
