172 new jobs in Schwerin

The production of supplier components for the Airbus will begin this month in Schwerin. Currently, 31 employees are preparing for start of production at the new Flamm AG facility.

Production at the new facility will be ramped up by department in the coming weeks ­– with full production underway by the beginning of the year.

After the chip removal area, in which 350 different components for the Airbus are manufactured, in December the shaping area will follow with an additional 1,700 individual components and the assembly component area where 4,500 different parts are produced.
